Salmon Omelet


Salmon Omelet
During your visit to the Pike Place Market pick up some Smoked Salmon, Green Onions, (optional)Fresh Spinach and Parsley, one avocado, and sour cream.
Flake your smoked salmon
Combine 3-4 beaten eggs, finely chopped green onions, finely chopped spinach(optional), little salt and pepper, mix well.
Heat 2 Tablespoons of butter in a medium size skillet.
Pour egg mixture into Skillet and cook until set.
Spoon salmon over half of the omelet, fold omelet in half.
And place on warm plate.
Sprinkle with parsley (optional)
Serve with sour cream and a sliced avocado on the side.

6. Utilize local vendors whenever possible
7. Buy organic whenever possible.
8. Buy products in bulk whenever possible
9. Property donates used items for reuse ie: linens, towels, furniture.
10. Cotton bedding and towel use
11. Use cloth napkins when possible
12. Inn has a water reuse program
13. Property has a sheet/towel reuse program
14. SNUB-Say No to Unnecessary Bags, Innkeeper uses reusable sacks for shopping and offer these bags for guest use also.
